Really poor customer service tried to close my account with online chat but they said I had to email. 20 emails and 1 week later still no reply.customer online chat apparently can't close the account but said they will inform the 'appropriate team' 10 times.still my account is open!!!

Like always, great when you win but not so great when you lose. Had a not-so-good night here, was winning the whole week only to lose everything the next.. shouldn't have risked more than I could afford. Other than that, they are good.
